To get started and have a chat about what your needs are please contact us.
Complete a questionairre
The best way for us to get a fuller idea of what you need, the sort of site that you like, what your goals are and so on is for you to complete a short questionairre that we will send you.
This collects all the information that we need in one place and helps structure the design process.
Discuss with us
Once we've reviewed the questionairre we will discuss your needs with you in detail. We then create a proposal which specifies what we think you need and how we will achieve it.
At this stage no designs are produced.
If you're happy with our proposals then you will be invoiced for the deposit, which is 50% of the total cost.
Review the draft site
We then build the site to based upon the proposal. Once this has been done we provide you with a link to the draft site.
You can then review it and give us your views on it.
The design will be updated based upon your feedback.
Agree the final design
You continue to review draft versions of the site (which we update based upon your feedback) until you are happy with the design.
Once you are satisfied you will be invoiced for the remainder of the fee, which is the remaining 50%.
See the site go live
Once payment has been received the site will go live (i.e., be published on the internet) within 24 hours.
Due to the way that the internet is structured, once it has been published it can take another 48 hours for all computers to see the new site, but in general sites become visible within 12 hours of going live.
